Wonderful

The room was spotless, tidy and well organized. Location is ideal, with transportation and mall within 10' walk. Communication was clear and on the spot. Highly recommended

Only one slight issue. The desk chair in the room broke and I landed on the floor Cannot really blame the hosts for the incident, as everything else in the room was in perfect working order and well maintained.

Very Good

Basic but well equipped hotelroom, good value for money. Well thought digital hotel organisation. Helsinki centre can be reached by train.

Residential neighbourhood not very interesting but quiet and looks recently build. Be aware to go to houseblock number one, not three.

Good room for decent price

Good price/quality ratio. Room is OK, mini kitchen works.

Walls were pretty thin, place seemed full as there was noise coming from both rooms next to me and the hallway. Parking area is too small, if you are there after 19.30 there is simply no parking available any more. Hotel seems to be mostly for construction workers, as their vans fill the parking area after around 18.00.

Forenom delivers what they promise

Forenom has good price/quality ratio. Rooms are new and clean, all you need is there.

Parking is very limited, gets full at around 6 pm. After that you're on your own to find a spot somewhere. Place is favoured by construction guys so, you have vans taking up a lot of space.

Clean hotel far from the center

The room was clean

The location is terrible, especially at night. Of course, you are trading on it with price. I am not sure, there is staff, we never met anyone, the hotel works with a keycode. The temperature in the hotel was too hot and we didn't find a switch to turn it down. My colleagues in other rooms said there were too much light coming from outside, my room was okay.

Good

The location pretty good, outside of Helsinki but close to large mall and trains and buses. The keyless rooms and facilities.

Ot was very very hot in the room on hot days. The room didn't had fan or AC so it felt very very hot

I liked that there was enough room for everything. I also liked that it was very individual but accessible. It was a really good place to stay and would 100% use again

I liked that it was quiet, safe and close to public transport. It offered all the necessities of a small studio.

The smell of food coming from the hallway and getting also in the bathroom, curry or some other spices, and the fact that it offered just one set of towels for all staying, if needed extra 15 euros, with this price i just bought some new ones. Also no cleaning for one week, not being included in the price, if wanted had to pay extra.

Great value for the money

The place had all you need. Also possibility to access laundry room, larger kitchen and social space. Place is cheap, extra good value for the money. Parking area spacious, always found a parkplace and did not have trouble parking dedpite being inexperienced driver.

Place is not as clean as it could be. Matress worn off, discolored with hole on it's side, bathroom squeegee has collected dried up dirt, walls have smears etc. Things like bedsheets, floor, dishes were very clean though.

The entrance lock was broken, when I entered the code the door did not open. I had to use the second entrance .

Not sure I’ll go back again

Not far from train station that takes you to Helsinki centre

Tiny beds and linen comes off so easily that you spend the night arranging the bed. Breakfast is at the petrol station cafeteria…not bad but very simple and limited for the price. No other options nearby. No staff available at all, No reception desk. One of the lights of the beds had the wire broken which was a serious hazard so we disconnected it but had to do without it.
